Waterboarding Technique

The Waterboarding Technique is a simple technique yet horrible none the less. All that is needed is a cloth or plastic wrap and water. One will place the the cloth or plastic wrap over the subjects mouth and put water on there face. This gives the subject the feeling of being drowning with out the danger of killing the subject.
